Story
Sue started Tiers of Delight as a part time business back in 2000.
The business has expanded year by year and became Sue’s full
time occupation in 2003.
In 2004 Sue started creating Chocolate Wedding Cakes after studying
under John Costello at The Slattery School of Excellence and attending
Barry Callebaut’s Chocolate Academy.
Tiers of Delight offers a complete service from the designing of
your Wedding cake to the delivery and setting up on your special
day.
Sue’s novel and refreshing approach to cake design makes the
process great fun and the end product will be a cake nearly too
good to eat.
From cakes for formal celebrations to novelty cakes for birthdays,
retirements and anniversaries, Sue can make a cake to suit your
taste and occasion.
